Attempt at BV3

We know how Battle Value works, and in some cases, doesn't. I attempted to make a better way to rank/rate 'Mechs to eyeball army matchups. It should serve both to guess who can take who in a straight-up fight, and also a more vague "what each 'Mech brings to the field".

I'm not posting the actual specific rules yet (to avoid contaminating you test groupies), but I did calculate my BV3 for a few dozen canon Inner Sphere and Clan designs that we're all familiar with. if you have some time, please take a look at the list below and tell me if you personally feel like anything looks hugely out of place. Found and fixed an error already. The Atlas and the Mad Dog are no longer tied, but the new ranking feels correct. They're both about equal at doing their specific thing, and the Mad Dog is probably a little better 1-on-1.

off hand, I think you're undervaluing mobility. Main points of comparison are the firemoths being undervalued and the stormcrows being a bit undervalued in my estimations.

Also wondering how this system deals with unbalanced sides. Would 2 awesome's be considered equal to 1 direwolf with 50% odds of winning in a stand up fight?

For the Stormcrows, do they ALL look undervalued, or just alternate C? One thing I haven't done is give any special bonus to LBX autocannons for their cluster ammo, which would affect that specific one, although certainly not enough to account for that gap. The C really stands out to me here; I always kind of assumed it was roughly equal to the Prime.

I'm also not accounting for MASC yet, which would give some bonus to the moths. I'll try something tomorrow. Alternates A and C are probably going to stay very low, though, on account of them both mounting almost literally no weapons.
